WHO AM I?

My journey with food began in my grandmother’s kitchen, hands deep in flour, learning the delicate art of homemade pasta. But it was out in the fields with my dad that I learned to listen — to the whispers of wild asparagus, mushrooms hidden under fallen leaves, and herbs growing freely under the sun. We would bring them home to Nonna, who transformed them into soul-warming meals.
The Nomad Lasagna is the fusion of my roots and my journey — a way to share not only the beauty of Italian cuisine, but a way of life that honors nature and simplicity. Cooking, for me, is an act of love — a way to bring people together, to nourish body and soul, and now, more than ever, to reawaken our senses to the wild gifts around us.
Through my workshops, I invite you to unlearn the supermarket routine and reconnect with what’s real — the land, the seasons, the forgotten flavors of wild herbs. 'Nomad' reflects my way of life — always on the move, always curious, cooking and connecting across cultures and landscapes.
And when I’m not wandering, you’ll find me in the kitchen at Franca’s Home Restaurant, where the magic of the wild meets the warmth of home.
